The Springs is located around the modern Emaar Malls’ two-level shopping hub, The Springs Souk. There are over 70 retail outlets, a Carrefour Market, Reel Cinemas, beauty salons, a clinic, a pharmacy and a laundromat in the Souk. There’s also an indoor play area on the upper level, called Dig It, which is popular among families. Throughout the year, The Souk has seasonal events and community markets.

The Springs’ most prominent feature is its community lakes. All of the sub-communities have stone paving for walking paths, benches, and abundant greenery. The Springs is easily accessible by car with two main access points leading into Dubai’s main road network. Public transport is limited; most people and tourists drive.

• Car: The Springs is located between Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road (E44). Interchange 5 (Sheikh Zayed Road) from Dubai Marina or JBR, follow signs for Emirates Living. Al Khail Road (E44) is the quickest way and runs directly to the community gates, and is available from Downtown Dubai or Business Bay.
• Metro: The nearest Metro stations are Dubai Internet City Metro Station and Sobha Realty Metro Station, both of which are on the Red Line. The Springs can be reached by a short taxi ride (approx. 10 minutes) from either station.
• By Bus: RTA buses are available for travel to nearby areas like Jebel Ali, Al Barsha, and Dubai Marina. The nearest bus stops are around Emirates Hills and Dubai Marina, and onward taxis to The Springs.
• Taxi or Ride Hailing: Dubai has many taxi and ride-hailing options like Careem, Uber, etc. It is about a 20-25 minute drive from Downtown Dubai to The Springs, depending on traffic.
